How it works

An eSIM sounds technical and isn't. You buy a plan, scan one code, and you're online the moment you land. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

Three steps

  1. 01Pick where you're goingChoose a single country or the Europe plan that follows you across all {n}. No contract, no deposit, no SIM in the post.
  2. 02Scan the QR we email youIt arrives in seconds. One scan installs the eSIM onto your phone alongside your existing number. Nothing is removed or replaced.
  3. 03Land, and you're onlineYour plan activates the moment it finds a network at your destination. Not when you buy it, so you can set up weeks ahead.

What’s actually happening

An eSIM is a second SIM built into your phone. Installing our plan adds a data line beside your existing number, nothing is removed and nothing is overwritten. Your normal number stays live for calls and texts; you simply choose the new line for data while you travel.

Why activation on arrival matters

Your plan doesn’t start counting when you buy it. It starts the first time the eSIM uses data, which is why installing it at home changes nothing as long as data roaming stays off for that line. So you can set everything up weeks ahead on your own wi-fi, and step off the plane already online, with the full duration ahead of you.
