One up-front price for a set amount of data over a set number of days. No contract, no deposit, and no invoice waiting for you when you get home.
Two ways to buy
- Single country. Visiting one place? A country plan is the cheapest way to get online there, with data on that country’s fastest networks.
- Europe. One plan that follows you across 35 of the 79 countries we cover, Lisbon to Helsinki without a second eSIM or a second charge. The right call for any trip crossing a border inside it. Everywhere else, including the rest of Europe, is country-plan only.
The tiers
The ladder runs from a light 1 GB for a week up to 10 GB for a month, plus unlimited plans by duration. Pick by how you travel: maps and messaging need little, streaming and tethering need more. If you’re not sure, buy the size you think you need, a second plan takes a minute to install if you run short.
Not every country offers every rung. Wholesale data costs anywhere from around 40 cents a gigabyte to nearly €18 depending on where you are, so each country is priced against its own networks, and a tier that would have to sell for more than €80 is left off rather than listed at a price nobody would pay. Expensive countries therefore show fewer, smaller plans, see coverage.
